RESERVATION & CONFIRMATION

All reservations and confirmations should be made directly to
Myanmar Asia House Travels & Tours Co., Ltd.
No. 109, 50th Street, Pazundaung Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

OUR PRICE

All tour prices are quoted nett in USD.
Tour price does not include airport departure tax, meal not listed, optional tours and personal spending money.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

A deposit of 50% of the total tour fares is required upon the confirmation of the tour.
The balance of the full tour prices will be done upon arrival by cash.

CHILD POLICY

One child under 12 years old is generally granted a reduction of 50% of the tour price, provided that he/she is accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stays in the same room in an existing bed.

COMPLIMENTARY POLICY

A group with a member of 16 and/or above will be complimentary on half twin basis subject to a maximum limit of two members.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notification is received by Myanmar Asia House Travel & Tours Co., Ltd. The following cancellation policy will be applied in addition to any other fees charged by relevant hotels, or other suppliers as follow:

- 45 days prior to arrival 25 % of the tour price
- 44 to 30 days prior to arrival 50% of the tour price
- 29 to 15 days of prior to arrival 75% of the tour price
- 14 days or less prior to arrival 100% of the tour price

Even though, Myanmar Asia House understood that cancellations are a part of the travel business, we try to be as flexible as possible with our policy.

After commencement of travel, no refund either in full or part, will be given for unutilized services included in the program unless it is directly caused by Myanmar Asia House Travel & Tours Co., Ltd.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY

Myanmar Asia House Travel & Tour Co., Ltd. and/or their agents act only as agents for the person or companies, providing accommodation, transport or other services, and assume no liability or responsibility for any injuries, accidents, losses, damages to the person or property, delays, transport failures, additional expenses of inconvenience caused by any service provider or by “Force Majeure”, severe weather, acts of God, strikes, war, civil commotion vehicles or industrial disputes and other factors beyond their control.

Myanmar Asia House Travel & Tour Co., Ltd. reserves the rights to modify or reverse the original tour program in the interest of the clients.

However, Myanmar Asia House Travel & Tour Co., Ltd. will always make full endeavors to adhere to the original tour programs and arrangements.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT SEVERABILITY

This is the entire agreement of the parties and it may be amended only by written agreement signed by both Myanmar Asia House Travel & Tour Co., Ltd. and the client. If any part of this agreement is held unenforceable by a court of law, the rest of this agreement will nevertheless remain in force and effect.

PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY

Purchaser has read the above terms and conditions and agrees to each of them. Purchasers hereby warrant that they fully understand each of them.

Specifically purchaser understands that should he/she cancel their trip for any reason, purchaser will be charged the cancellation fee set out in the ' Cancellations & Refunds' section.
